Fresno State University’s Satellite Student Union came alive as a festive international spirit swept the campus during the International Culture Night.
The celebration brought together students, faculty, and community members to honor the rich diversity at the university, which boasts more than 700 international students.
Dressed in their traditional festive gear, the Fresno State Mariachi filled the room with the soulful melodies of Mexican tradition.
As the night progressed, the audience was treated to a delightful array of cultural dances, including mesmerizing performances from India and an energetic K-pop group that excited the crowd.
An international fashion show showcased clothing from various countries, highlighting the beauty of global fashion before ending with a display of flags, a tradition recognizing the countries Fresno State students come from.
University President Saul Jimenez-Sandoval attended the event.
